When we recommend contractors, vendors, or other service providers, we do so based on our professional experience. However, we do not guarantee their performance and are not liable for:

• Pricing changes or cost overruns from vendors
• Disputes between clients and third-party service providers

Termination and Cancellation

• Client requests services that violate laws or professional ethics

In cases of company-initiated termination due to client breach, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

Project Suspension

Projects may be temporarily suspended by mutual agreement or due to:

• Budget constraints requiring project re-evaluation

Suspended projects may be reactivated upon mutual agreement, subject to current pricing and availability.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Turkish arbitration laws. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Aster Home Design.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party at any time without restriction.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Aster Home Design. You have no authority to bind us in any way.

Survival

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.
